Crafting the American Dream

by Shea Homes Arizona on October 19, 2012

Have you ever fulfilled a childhood dream?  Shea Homes’ very own Tracy Finley has stuck with his childhood passion for residential architecture for over 25 years.

Tracy and his team of experts have designed homes all across the country in beautiful Shea Home communities.  Their diverse background allows them to bring residential architecture to its greatest potential in each of our regions.

Tracy and his team of six are each individually allocated to a specific division across the country.  By doing this, each of the team members work as a project manager at the division level and are involved in the process beginning with building one home, to an entire community.  They get hands on experience which expands their horizon on the design, development and construction of homes.

We are very happy with the work Tracy and his team has done for Shea Homes.  It’s exciting to have a Shea Homes family member who is so dedicated to his passion and career.  Thank you Tracy and your team for your dedication and amazing work ethic!

Don, a flex room can be used for anything you’d like. Sometimes people will use that space as a den, office, craft room, game room, or any number of things. The Salerno is a great plan. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
