Get to know your neighbors at Frame+Focus

by Shea Homes San Diego on September 5, 2013

At Shea Homes San Diego’s newest project, Frame + Focus, the emphasis is on community.

Both styles of townhomes are designed to help residents socialize and connect with their neighbors.

Each home at Frame has a rear yard and access to a common motor court, while at Focus, front doors open to a community courtyard. Director of Community Development Alex Plishner says those motor courts and courtyards are an ideal gathering place for neighbors (and the kids).

But the prime spot for neighborly bonding will be the central recreation center. There, residents can take a dip in the pool or relax in the spa while chatting with those who live around them.

And inside the homes, each unit features an automation system as well as the latest energy efficient appliances and products.
