More popular ranch style homes at our expansion of the luxurious community Vista Montaña

by Shea Homes Arizona on March 8, 2013

Is your home becoming overcrowded with soon-to-be teenagers?  Or are you dreaming of beginning that large family your mother has always asked you for?  Luckily, Shea Homes has opened its first new community of the year with no home under one acre of space!  Vista Montaña II is a gated luxury community located in Peoria at 77th Avenue and Happy Valley Road, with 43 lots still available!

This community is an expansion of the original Vista Montaña community which opened in late April of 2012.  With a few lots left in Vista Montaña and great feedback from our customers, it seemed natural to build an entirely new community with these popular ranch style homes.  Both Vista Montaña communities offer the same luxury upgrades such as optional basements, detached RV garages and pool cabanas to make your home custom to your family’s leisurely interests.

Both Vista Montaña I and II offer six new floor plans in which in-depth market research and customer feedback were incorporated into every detail.  The typical home features like a garage and bedrooms are designed to be more accommodating and lavish.  Some of these features include:

  • Spacious bedrooms, 10’ ceilings and various flexible spaces for a “custom” feel
  • Large gourmet kitchens with expansive islands
  • Oversized 3-car, side-entry garages
  • Optional detached RV garages, basements, cabanas and ramadas, guest casitas, courtyards

The homes are also built using the new Energy Star 3.0 rating, carry the Environments for Living (EFL) designation and have solar options available. Home square footage ranges from 3,091 to over 4,400.

Vista Montaña II is opening in two phases; the first phase of 23 lots opened mid-January and the second phase of 20 lots is scheduled to open at the end of 2013.  Homes will be sold from the existing Vista Montaña sales office and model homes.

These ranch style homes are so appealing to me, I love the one level or bi level design, the beams and the overall rustic/contemporary design. This looks like a great community to relax and enjoy the views.
