Integrity—building excellence

by Shea Homes Arizona on July 27, 2011

“There can be no friendship without confidence; and no confidence, without integrity” – Samuel Johnson

At Shea Homes we have always thought that the same is true in business and any relationship we form. We want our TradePartners, homeowners, the communities we build in, and everyone we interact with to feel confident in our name and everything we do.  And we believe that this confidence begins and ends with the integrity of our homes and our people.

Each Shea Home is built with the expectation that it will be done right the first time. That’s why even the TradePartners we choose such as LOFTCO are so committed to quality. We do our best to build every home so that when you walk into it for the first time, it is exactly as you imagined—or even better. And while purchasing a home can be a long process at times, we’re committed to building with excellence the first time, so you can move into your dream home sooner.

We also have a lot of confidence in our Community Representatives and Construction Superintendents, and we believe that each new customer will share that sentiment.  Our sales and building teams’ commitment to each homebuyer is built on their desire to meet each one’s individual needs and communicate honestly and frankly throughout the process.

The World English Dictionary defines integrity as:

1)      adherence to moral principles;
2)      honesty, the quality of being unimpaired; soundness
3)      unity; wholeness

We’d like to invite you to visit one of our Phoenix area communities and test us out. We think you’ll find that at Shea Homes our family and our homes meet all three definitions.
