We’ve been really busy here at Shea Homes of Charlotte! With so many upcoming neighborhoods that we’ll be building new homes in we thought it would be good to take a moment to break each of them down for you. Below are the bulleted key points of each new neighborhood, hopefully this makes getting the gist of each one a little easier! We’ve even provided you with an “inside scoop” on Atherton, McKinley Forest, and Barrington. We’re so excited to have a more diverse collection of communities and plans so that we can better accommodate our customers’ needs.
