by Shea Homes Colorado on May 22, 2013

Following its much anticipated opening, the Stepping Stone Discovery Collection of homes by Shea has nearly sold out of its first release. Pricing, innovative designs, and location are attracting buyers to this outstanding new community in Parker, Colorado. Twenty-one of the twenty-four initial homesites released have been purchased. Come see for yourself what the buzz is all about. With another lot release in the near future, you will want to have your name added to the priority list.

Step into a new-home evolution
Base priced from the upper $200s – mid $400s, and ranging in size from 1,863 – 3,100 square feet, the SPACES Discovery Collection at Stepping Stone is a new collection of homes that are smart and practical – just the way you live your life. From the character of the exterior elevations to the clean lines and interior finishes, these ten plans integrate traditional and modern influences inside and out. The flexibility of SPACES allows you to express yourself in how you define your surroundings. Forget compartmentalized rooms. A SPACES home grants you the freedom to create the areas you desire most.

In offering SPACES, Shea Homes invites buyers to step into the future of new homes. In addition to minimalist design, SPACES homes are affordable and energy efficient with an irresistible ‘cool’ factor. Complementing these cutting-edge homes is a lingo to match. Instead of the traditional labels of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and great rooms, SPACES cleverly labels these living spaces as dreams and sleeps, splashes and washes, cooks, watches, eats, and chats. These unconventional plans offer three to six sleeps, options for covered outdoor living spaces, and unfinished basements with crawl spaces. Can you guess what non-traditional label “park” represents? Hint: six of the Discovery Collection plans have 2-car parks with electric car charging stations and the remaining plans have 3-car parks. SPACES – a new kind of home for all kinds of lifestyles, from first-time homebuyers to active adults.
