This is such a great housing concept! I live in a community similar to this in Central Oregon, and I encourage anyone who is looking towards this model, please take advantage! I’m curious, do Reunion homes offer a certain number of spec options to choose from, or does the homeowner have 100% design control? I wish you all the best of luck, and thanks for the insight!

Thanks Travis! We offer eight different floor plans at Spaces at Reunion and the base price of those homes include certain standard features. When a customer chooses to do a new build home from dirt start they get to engage with us in a design process and choose either different finishes for standard options or different options altogether, possibly at an upgraded price. These items include cabinets, flooring, appliances, countertops, etc. When you build a dirt start home, you truly have a great amount of input on the design features. For our designer homes (also known as quick-move ins as they are already in the process of being built) our design team selects a combination of standard and upgraded options that are most popular with our customers.
