What is the upgrade amount to include the loft option to the Sunshower model #4501?
My husband and I visited your community yesterday. The sales person mentioned that we could opt to put down a deposit to be on a list…for future lot releases. What is this amount?
$2,500? $5,000? We may be interested in this, however your list already seems more than adequate…and therefore too long of a wait…but we could roll the dice and see what comes up.

I believe the sales person also mentioned that there were already 40 or so people on the list.
How many are there currently on the list? We are trying to determine if this is even worth our while.. Grant it, I fully understand that you have 80 or so lots in your new section. But we are looking at dirt on those as well, a line of people, and pricing increasing month by month.

What is the price or expected price of the model home the Sun shower? The actual home that is modeled. We noted that although you have a number of models…it also looks like you have already sold a few of the models that you started with. ?????

On your site you mention two homesites with dirt incentive upgrade possibilities, yet further down on your site you mention the lot release on Jan 12th.
Aren’t the lots with incentives the same lots that you are releasing (The 8 the sales person mentioned) for dirt start on Jan 12th?

If possible, please have someone get back to my husband on these questions as soon as possible.
