Back in the spring, Shea Homes® Arizona partnered with a local printing company, STAX 3D, to produce small model-sized homes. This new project gave us a fun and tangible way to see the homes come to life before actually building them. Our designers were thrilled with the ability to see their concepts before beginning actual construction. The 3D printing technology allowed our team to see and touch a physical depiction of the home, and to evaluate things like actual paint colors and textures in real life, and not just on a computer screen. Essentially, the 3D printer gave us miniature (and pretty adorable) versions of our model homes.
On September 3, we invite you to visit the grand opening of 24 North, where six life-size version of these tiny homes will open to the public. This north Phoenix gated community is planned to offer 111 two-story, single family, detached courtyard villas. Four progressive exterior architectural designs will be available – Contemporary, Sonoran, Santa Barbara, and Monterey. Modern interior features include large great rooms, versatile lofts and spacious bedrooms. The homes will also offer optional waterfall edges on kitchen islands with countertops running vertically to the floor, stainless steel appliances, modern cabinet designs and unique door styles. These homes range from approximately 2,025 to 2,204 square feet. Prices have not been finalized but are anticipated to start in the high $200’s.
Located at 31534 N. 24th Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85085 (adjacent to the Sonoran Foothills masterplan), 24 North will offer easy access to schools, shopping and restaurants, as well as extensive trails in the nearby Phoenix Sonoran Desert Preserve. See you on September 3!
