Shea Homes Celebrates Fall Events and Early Bird Homebuyers in Chula Vista and Escondido on November 12th.

Join us Saturday, November 12th for family fun day with Shea Homes® at Canyon Grove in Escondido and Z and Element at Millenia in Chula Vista. That’s when Shea Homes will celebrate the launch of their special Pre-Model Purchase Program* by offering customers the first opportunity to purchase a home prior to the model grand opening.  The Pre-Model Purchase Program includes a $5,000 closing cost credit, plus a refrigerator, washer and dryer move-in package for those who qualify now and purchase in phases one or two.

“To be among the first to register for the Pre-Model Purchase Program, we encourage prospective homebuyers to visit these two new communities next Saturday morning,” said Vanessa Linn, vice president of sales and marketing for Shea Homes San Diego. “KYXY will host our Canyon Grove event and at both sites we will be serving up a delicious barbeque and have fun activities for the kids from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.”

With model homes still under construction at both locations, Canyon Grove features two distinctive neighborhoods: The Estates, where 82 single-family homes range up to approximately 4,082 square feet with six bedrooms; and Heritage collection, where 96 homes with up to five bedrooms range to approximately 3,402 square feet. In total there are eight different plans to choose from including the 4 single level floor plans.  All homes at Canyon Grove are free of Mello-Roos fees.  

Canyon Grove is surrounded by citrus groves, stables, schools and other large family homes. Located at 1297 Vista Avenue in Escondido, Canyon Grove is convenient to both private and public schools.

Element and Z are located in the Millenia master-planned community in Chula Vista and feature two urban communities designed in a modern-eclectic styling. Element is a neighborhood of 70 three-story detached homes in a motor court design with two to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half baths. Millenia will offer two- to three-bedroom row homes ranging from approximately 1,288  upto 1,495 square feet.

Both neighborhoods are planned to open within the next 30 days.

What exactly is included in the Z neighborhood and what are row homes? We will not be able to visit until February (we are on the East Coast) and at that time we will be looking for a home.

Would like to relocate to Las Vegas. We currently live in a Shea Home. Novato, CA. Are single story homes available in Las Vegas?
