My family and I, live in a Shea Home, built in 1967. My family and I have been ‘home owners’ since 1989; for 29years, now. I absolutely love the ‘floor plan’. However, the Floor Plan is in need of a Remodeling Upgrade (Interior and Exterior). Is this needed Upgrade something that the Shea Homes Builders/Contactors can help Us with?

Hi Bernice,

Thank you for sharing your comments, so great to hear that you are a long-time Shea homeowner! Unfortunately, Shea Homes does not handle remodeling projects, nor do we refer any contractors. We would recommend you select licensed, bonded contractors for bids on your remodeling project. You may want to ask friends or neighbors for recommendations, or do an internet search for highly rated contractors in your area. Good luck!

Hello Nelson,

Thanks for your interest in our homes! We do not currently have any plans for the PA area or Northeast at this time. The communities that would be the closest on the East Coast at this time would be in VA and NC. Shea Homes is always looking at land opportunities around the country, so something in that area may be in the future. Thank you!

I would love to live in one of your communities but I want a one story home that I can age in and I want a home with an interior courtyard so that my small dogs can be outside but not in a backyard accessible to others or to coyotes. When will you design something like this??
