Both communities of homes will be included in this release, with four Surf House homes to be released for sale: Lots 90 (Plan 2), 91 (Plan 1), 92 (Plan 3) & 93 (Plan 1), as well as four Sea House homes: Lots 3 (Plan 2), 4 (Plan 4), 24 (Plan 3) & 25 (Plan 1).
