The newest addition to the Charlotte, NC line up of new homes neighborhoods isn’t anything like the others. The all new luxury floorplans were created specifically for Atherton, which is located in Weddington. Below we’ve given you the neighborhood overview along with a sneak peek introduction to each new plan and it’s options.


Neighborhood Overview:
 We’ve been hard at work on our newest neighborhood, Atherton, which is nestled within Union County off of Weddington Road. The neighborhood’s new plans offer some much sought after options – first floor private guest suites, 4 and 5 car garages, and spa bathrooms just to name a few. No need to hire an exterior designer, to ensure Atherton has a united elegant and rustic feel, a professional colorist/designer was brought in to help develop exterior color schemes.  Amenities for the neighborhood will include a pool and gathering area. Our two models, the Grayson and the Providence are currently under construction.

Coral Ridge at Blackstone Grand Opens March 16th!

Coral Ridge Grand Opening March 16th

Is your home becoming overcrowded with soon-to-be teenagers?  Or are you dreaming of beginning that large family your mother has always asked you for?  Luckily, Shea Homes has opened its first new community of the year with no home under one acre of space!  Vista Montaña II is a gated luxury community located in Peoria at 77th Avenue and Happy Valley Road, with 43 lots still available!
