Shea Homes Opens Sales Office in Cane Island

by Cheryl Perry on April 17, 2015

Shea Homes is opening a sales office in the new master-planned community of Cane Island in Katy this weekend. Beginning Saturday,  April 18th the sales office will be open daily.

This is Shea Homes second community to open in Texas, although they are one of the largest privately-owned home builders in the country and have built more than 90,000 homes nationwide. Shea Homes opened two model homes in The Woodlands earlier this year and will be expanding their presence in the greater Houston area over the next year, including Sienna Plantation in the Sugar Land area, which is set to open in May.

Shea Homes will be pre-selling this weekend and is debuting brand new floorplans designs in Cane Island. These homes include one- and two-story plans that feature 3 to 6 bedrooms, 3.5 to 5.5 baths and 3- and even 4-car garages. A variety of options are available on all plans, which offer Spanish Territorial, French Country, or Texas Traditional elevations. Homes are priced from the $430,000s to the $500,000s.

Cane Island provides new home buyers with an outstanding location in the heart of Katy, Texas. The community encompasses over 1000-acres and is in the Katy Independent School District. Residents will enjoy an extensive amenity package and the new Cane Island Parkway highway interchange from I-10 and Highway 90 will provide them great mobility. The neighborhood is 15  minutes from Houston’s renowned Energy Corridor and 30 minutes from downtown.

To visit, from Houston: take I-10 West, exit Pin Oak/FM 1463. Stay on the feeder to the left, past Pin Oak Road, to FM 1463. Turn right on FM 1463. At US 90, take a left and look for Bartlett, which is a temporary road over the railroad tracks. Take a right on Bartlett over the railroad tracks, then an immediate left on 1st Street. Travel to Cane Island Parkway and turn right. The Sales Center is on the right at 1202 Cane Island Parkway #A.  For more information, and to reach a Community Representative at Shea Homes Cane Island, call us at: (832) 869-4026 or (866) 696-7432.  We look forward to seeing you at Cane Island!
