Prescott Homes Coming Soon to Mountain House

by Shea Homes Northern California on August 13, 2018

Prescott by Shea Homes® is coming soon to Hansen Village in Mountain House. We’ve shined a light on the American dream and made it work in every way. Prescott is quintessential Northern California living, with more style, function and living space than you ever thought possible.

From covered porches to open living areas, these homes offer the best of old and new. Classic architecture makes a great first impression, while generous square footage, master suites and 3 car garages tick all the boxes. These homes are expected to start selling sometime later this fall – and construction on our model homes is already underway!

Prescott is home to just over 40,000 people and has some impressive accomplishments for a small city. Honored with a top 10 ranking of public spaces in the U.S., the Prescott Courthouse plaza is just one of the many great venues in the downtown historic area. It is home to three of Arizona’s most valued museums, annual art and music festivals, the famous Whiskey Row, restaurants, and plenty of shopping. This day trip has a small town vibe with big things to offer.
