New Outlets opening in Livermore area this week!

by Shea Homes Northern California on November 6, 2012

The holiday season is quickly approaching and that can only mean one thing… shopping. Okay, we realize that there is much more to the holidays than presents, like family, friends and good food. But, a significant amount of children (and grown children) love the presents that accompany the month of December.

We spend a good portion of November, or if you’re very organized maybe September and October, hunting for the perfect gifts for our loved ones. Some of us will even stand in long lines on “Black Friday” to make sure we get the best deals possible on our favorite items. What if we told you there was a way to experience the deals a few weeks before the busiest shopping day of the year?

In just a few days Paragon Outlets, a 130-store outlet mall, is opening in the Tri-Valley. The mall is located conveniently between Dublin, Pleasanton and Livermore and is easily accessed from the 580 freeway. Those living in our Montage community, and soon-to-open communities in Dublin will be just a stone’s throw from the 543,000 square foot mall. What stores can we look forward to? Bloomingdales, Coach, Nike, Banana Republic, American Eagle, Burberry, Diesel, Juicy Couture, Gap, Neiman Marcus, Gymboree, Saks, J Crew, The Children’s Place, Puma, Barneys New York, Bose, Converse and many more – 130 to be exact!

In addition to outlet stores, the mall boasts an active food court including eateries like Ghiradelli, Japan Café, Green Leaf’s, Villa Italian Kitchen, Cinnabon, Berry & Berry Yogurt, and Chicken Now.

The outlets are expected to bring upwards of $2 million per year to Livermore’s coffers through sales tax and create around 2,000 new jobs in the area.

The grand opening begins on Thursday, November 8th, at 10am and they will feature a 4-day grand opening event with savings of up to 70% at select stores. You can sign up for an exclusive VIP party invitation by submitting for one on the Paragon Outlets web site.

Will you be visiting on opening weekend?
