On Saturday, July 2, you’re invited to celebrate the 4th of July at WestWorld. “Be Red, White and Cool,” as you enjoy West World’s festivities under 300,000 square feet of air conditioned comfort! Surprise Proposal

You may have heard that some upscale resorts employ a “romance concierge” to help arrange guests arrange those over-the-top romantic surprises. Well, here at Shea Homes in Arizona, some of our employees recently got to play cupid themselves.

Back in October, new homeowners James S. and Gianna C. arrived at Desert Ambition for their Home Delivery appointment. Under normal circumstances, this is a very exciting day. But Gianna had no idea what was in store. Prior to their arrival, James had conspired with Shea employees Rich McClaskey and Joe Brimley to stage the perfect setting for him to propose to Gianna when the couple received the keys to their new home. There were more than a few tears from the Shea folks who were lucky enough to witness the proposal. [read more…]

New Home Ownership on the Rise in Arizona!

We are happy to report that Shea Homes Arizona had an awesome second quarter of 2015! From April to June, 137 new home buyers were welcomed to the Shea family, compared to only 87 during the same time last year. That’s a 57 percent increase in new home happiness year-over-year.
