Shea Homes Opens Sales Office in Harmony

Vivace at Harmony Luxury Patio Home Section Now open

Shea Homes® is celebrating the Grand Opening of a sales office in the master-planned community of Harmony in Spring, Texas.

The new 60 foot wide lot, patio home section, called Vivace at Harmony,  features Shea Luxury Patio Homes which range from approximately 2,417 to 3,557 square feet with three to four bedrooms and two and a half to three and a half baths. The line-up of luxury patio homes includes gourmet kitchens with beautiful oversized islands and living areas that are spacious enough for entertaining and yet comfortable for cozy dinners for two. With a focus on downstairs living, some of the plans include upstairs bonus spaces.

Shea Homes has four model homes planned for Vivace at Harmony. Two of the furnished model homes are scheduled to open in May. Pre-sales are underway now with an on-site sales office open daily.

Cane Island Grand Opening Saturday and Sunday, March 5-6, 2016

Shea Homes is celebrating the Grand Opening of two new furnished, model homes in the new Katy community of Cane Island.

On Saturday and Sunday, March 5 and 6, guests are invited to stop by the new Shea model homes from 1 to 5 pm and enjoy a free dessert bar and crepe station. While there, visitors can also register to win an Apple iPad Mini 4, no purchase necessary. In addition, the developer will be showcasing the community’s new Amenity Village and there will be many activities and events to enjoy. More details are available at caneisland.com/grand-opening.

Shea Homes in Cane Island include one- and two-story plans that feature 3 to 6 bedrooms, 3.5 to 5.5 baths and 3- and even 4-car garages. A variety of options are available on all plans, which offer Spanish Territorial, French Country, or Texas Traditional elevations. Homes are priced from the $430,000s to $530,000s.

Shea Homes Wins Two 2015 Houston’s Best PRISM Awards

Shea Homes® has been honored by the Greater Houston Builders Association with two 2015 Houston’s Best PRISM awards. For nearly 40 years the Houston’s Best PRISM Awards have recognized the industry’s best in the categories of People, Product and Promotion. The PRISM (Professional Results in Sales & Marketing) distinction has long been synonymous with the industry’s highest caliber of excellence.

Shea Homes won “Best Kitchen for a Volume Builder” for the company’s plan 5050 model in Sienna Plantation. The kitchen design features a unique double island that opens to the living and dining areas making it ideal for entertaining.  Plan 5050 is also available for sale in Shea Homes’ Canopy Green neighborhood in the Creekside Village section of The Woodlands.

Shea Homes also won “Best Model Home Park” for their model home village in The Woodlands. The park features two furnished model homes, a sales office with an interactive kiosk, a history exhibit room illustrating Shea Homes long, rich history, and three outdoor living areas.

“We are honored that our peers have judged us to be among the best in Houston home building,” said Houston Division President Keith Luechtefeld. “We love this market, and we work very hard to design plans that we believe bring a fresh, new perspective to Houston home design.”

The design team responsible for creation of these Shea Homes’ product designs included Michael Woodley and Howard Englander, who were both 2015 California Homebuilding Foundation Hall of Fame inductees. Woodley’s company Woodley Architectural Group, Inc., designed the plans and Englander oversees all architectural development for Shea Homes.

The PRISM awards were presented “Academy-style” at a black-tie gala on Saturday, October 3, 2015, at the Hilton Americas Hotel.

Entries for the GHBA Houston’s Best PRISM awards are judged by an independent panel of industry experts from across the nation. There are categories for every GHBA member—Associates, Custom Builders, Volume Builders, Remodelers and Developers.

Shea Homes Opens First Model Homes in Texas

Shea Homes is celebrating the Grand Opening of two new, furnished model homes in The Woodlands. Located in the Village of Creekside Park, Shea Homes is now open in Canopy Green, offering new homes ranging from 2700 to over 3600 square feet and priced from the $500,000s.

Homebuyers can select from ten floor plans in Canopy Green, including three one-story and seven two-story plans. Each plan has a variety of options available and buyers can select a Tuscan, Texas Traditional or Hill Country elevation.

The two model homes opening are Plan 5023, a one-and-a-half story plan with 3-4 bedrooms, a study,  game room, and media room, and Plan 5030, a two-story home with 4-5 bedrooms a study, game room, courtyard with a fireplace, and a casita.  . Every plan in Canopy Green has a standard 3-car garage, and includes options for additional garage storage.  These new plans were designed specifically for Shea Homes in The Woodlands and offer some of the newest and most sought-after design features.

This is Shea Homes’ very first community in Texas, although they are one of the largest privately-owned home builders in the country and have built more than 90,000 homes nationwide. Shea Homes will be expanding their presence in the greater Houston area over the next year and will be opening in several additional communities by the end of this year, including Sienna Plantation in the Sugar Land area and Cane Island in Katy.
