Spring into Spring with Open Spaces and Bright Colors

by Shea Homes Arizona on March 3, 2017

Can you believe it’s almost spring?
Spring Fun in ArizonaAs the weather starts to warm up, nothing says “welcome to our home” quite like letting the great outdoors in. If it’s not quite warm enough yet, you can bring the outside feel into your home with open spaces and bright colors.

This kitchen, at Ambition at Eastmark, is a great example of how light and open spaces can make your home feel more welcoming and bright.
Light and Open SpacesCelebrate spring with this multipurpose room, found at Desert Ambition, that combines bright blue tones with an open space for activities that the whole family can enjoy.
Multipurpose Room for the Whole FamilyBring life back to your living room with yellow and blue accent colors. This living room at 24 North not only has bright accent colors, but also allows plenty of natural light to flood the space to create an airy, relaxing feel.
Accent ColorsThis strategically positioned bedroom, at Inspire at Estrella, not only allows you to look outside at the beautiful spring landscape, but it also reflects the season with its open layout and combination of blue, white, and green hues.

It has been a busy year for us here at Shea Homes® Arizona. We opened four new communities: the modern gated community of 24 North in North Phoenix, the beautiful Carino Villas condominiums in Chandler, the luxurious Vantage condos in Ahwatukee, and the Shea 3D community Ambition at Eastmark in Mesa.

And while it’s always exciting to open new communities, the most rewarding part of this business in helping families select, build, and ultimately move into their dream homes.

So after all this activity in 2016, will we be slowing the pace in 2017? Not a chance! In the coming year, we will be opening more Shea Homes communities to meet continued demand, and welcoming even more happy homeowners to the Shea family. Here’s a peek at some of our upcoming activity.

The Reserves – Gilbert

Add a dash of metallic to your entry with this simple gold wreath. Hit the craft store for a foam wreath form, gold thumbtacks and a ribbon. Yes, you’ll be pushing in over 1,000 thumbtacks, but pop in A Christmas Story and watch while you work.
